The Sales Teams at DeepClean Hygiene Solutions had two days sales training at Bromsgrove Golf Club on ‘Communication Skills’ to increase our value proposition and further understand the needs of our customers.

Independent Sales Trainer Russ Baleson delivered the workshop with practical advice on asking the right questions to put together effective solutions that deliver on service, cost and customer satification. Understanding that sales is the start of the customer experience, getting this right means that the services provided are spot on with guaranteed satisfaction.

Gary Hawkesford, Sales Manager at DeepClean Hygiene Solutions, organised the training to enrich the skills of his team – “Effective listening, using skills to gather information from our customers, helps us match the right cleaning solutions so that customer satisfaction is optimised. Being flexible around our customer needs has always been very important to us. Selling a grease extraction deep cleaning solution for a commercial kitchen is a big responsibility as the fire risk associated with grease build up in ductwork is well documented.”

The staff training scheme for 2016, has been well received at all levels of DeepClean Hygiene Solutions Ltd, investment in both existing and new staff continues to drive the business forward and increase their market share in the commercial kitchen cleaning sector.
