Our due diligence starts with our Site Specific Risk Assessments and Work Planning meetings, led by our IOSHH qualified Service Management Team. This provides our customers with complete confidence that every potential risk is identified and controlled.

Quality Assurance begins with a comprehensive written work specification with meticulous attention to detail, itemising all works to be carried out. Post work, we operate a thorough Quality Assurance Sign Off procedure to ensure customer satisfaction. Our Service teams will not leave site until we know our customer is happy.

We then also follow up with courtesy calls and customer feedback surveys.

We never sub-contract our work and guarantee that all our professional cleaning services are carried out by our own full time, directly employed Service Technicians. We conduct our own in house training, supplemented by industry leading training providers.
